The best way to manage conflict is not to have any conflict. No conflict equals no resolution needed. However, chances are very, very high that everyone will at some point in their life, face some form of conflict. Most people do not want or enjoy conflict and therefore, will try and avoid it.

This program will help you to both prevent conflict and manage conflict.

Conflict occurs in three (3) directions, upward, inward and outward and in each scenario, you have a choice between constructive and destructive conflict management. In this program we touch on nine (9) forms of conflict, give you 17 guidelines to solve problems and work through an effective problem-solving model.

In this program, there are two (2) evaluations of your communication as well as many pointers and exercises through which you can improve your communication and better understand others.

This program will teach you how to move beyond shallow communication toward deep and meaningful communication which, we are sure you will agree, is what is needed in successful and satisfying relationships.
