What We Believe
Apostolic Creed
No one can say, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ except by the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:3). MePeople holds to the Apostolic Creed:
I believe in God, the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit
and born of the virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried;
he descended to hell.
The third day he rose again from the dead.
He ascended to heaven
and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty.
From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic* church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting. Amen.
*The true Christian church of all times and all places.

Lizette
Lizette Mobey is a well-known leader and mentor to many. With numerous relevant qualifications to her name, she has been teaching practical theology since 2011 and has written and presented many contact sessions, webinars and workshops. She is a go-to authority for many who are in pastoral practice. In addition to a teaching post, she is also in private pastoral practice. Together with her husband Craig, they served as a missionary couple where they were involved with running a church, an orphanage as well as a shelter for female victims of human trafficking.
Craig
Craig Mobey, formerly a senior accountant, has been in private pastoral practice since 2010 and has been teaching theology since 2007. With numerous relevant qualifications to his name, he is currently an extraordinary senior lecturer, a missionary pastor, licensed marriage officer, writer, editor and one half of FaithCoach. Together with his wife Lizette, they served as a missionary couple where they were involved with running a church, an orphanage as well as a shelter for female victims of human trafficking.
